WATCH AS JAMB FINALLY DECIDES GENERAL CUT-OFF MARK

JAMB UPDATES: TUESDAY 11TH JUNE 2019

The Joint admission and matriculation board(JAMB) arranges a policy meeting with universities and other tertiary institutions in the country at Gbongan in Osun state to decide the general cut-off marks . The policy meeting will have as its chairman, the permanent secretary of the ministry of education.
  The information was disclosed by JAMB's weekly bulletin on Sunday. According to the board it was necessary to answer her candidates' question about the fixed cut-off mark for admission into the country's tertiary institutions. So the question: What is JAMB 2019 general cut-off mark for universities, polytechnics/monotechnics and colleges of education?
Ans: The cut-off will be decided today by JAMB and other stakeholders during the policy meeting today.
Candidates are however, cautioned not to believe any other source of news claiming that the cut-off had been released by the board. You are advised to wait for the outcome of the policy meeting today to get the authentic cut-off mark for all institutions.

The Joint Admission And Matriculation Board(JAMB) released the results of  the 2019 candidates on 11th May 2019 withholding about 34,120 results.

However, it was disclosed recently that  the board have also released about fifteen thousand, four hundred and ninety more results as being disclosed by the board's Head of Media and information on Monday in Lagos state. Candidates with withheld results are kindly advised to start to start checking their results on the board's result checking platform or simply send 'RESULT' to 55019.
